kinda looks like chemical heater in a blanket form. Looks interesting when you cold or when you suffer from (very) LIGHT forms of hyperthermia. ( Looks dangerous for servere hyperthermia ) But the pirce! A single use blanket for 41,95! and with one 2 years of shelf life!

I don't think it would be great in a BOB or anything, but on a meat wagon or even maybe a small plane? Might save your life while you get a fire going.
