Today my oak toilet seat split in half! Another one of those neverending minor disasters! Fortunately, since I am Equipped, I had a spare toilet seat on the commode in the garage. The commode is a spare “toilet” as you never know what will break or plug up next, & the toilet is the most important thing in the house.
