Sure, basically what I did was I cleared my cache in my browser, played the podcast (with their flash player), typed in the addressbar in firefox about:cache?device=disk, then found the mp3 file. In about:cache it tells you the url of the files you have downloaded, so I copied that, and pasted it here.

Believe it or not, I actually do get out once in awhile <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Someone really needs to explain podcasting to Backpacker, or rather, Rodale. Now that I can download the MP3, it'll get on my playlist for drivetime or any other downtime that I have.
