dont forget, use good electrician tape ! the cheap one's leaves very nasty residue !

That cheap kind also melts. I used the cheap kind on the handlebars on one of my bikes and with use, the warmth of my hand and sun made that stuff slip off and leave a very sticky black residue, but I eventually replaced the grips. <img src="images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
