Ok, I am going to sling my hat into the ring on this one. This is my view, and my view alone.
I fail to see how any individual who contacts any other individual for the purpose of obtaining infomation, who engages in a "clear misrepresentation" -other than in the investigation of a crime,- which the less charitable might describe as a deliberate attempt to obtain, by deception, infomation that that individual intends to use or misuse, expects any reasonable individual to accept, trust or place credence in anything that that individual might write or say?
