I'm married to a pager and have been using an excellent case for it thich may be useful for urban PSK's. It is a "Ripoffs" case and it has never failed me over the last six months. It is a durable cordura nylon case with an excellent metal belt clip. It holds my motorala pager firmly in it's velcro-closed pouch. I've been carring it on my belt at work and have used it under my "bunker gear" (I'm a firefighter)-- I've used it on a couple of fires as well as lots of drills and it has held the pager securely, (and kept it relatively dry-- used to be an issue. I have had trouble (before I bought this case) with the plastic pager holder which was supplied with the pager-- the clip came off my belt several times I had the pager work it's way off me even after using a lanyard and a heavy duty rubber band.

My pager's dimension's are about 2 1/8 x 3 1/4 x 3/4 inches
Ripoffs address: P.O. box 3260, San Dimas, Ca, 91773
I bought this from a police/fire uniform shop in Seattle, WA
If you are looking for a PSK holster you might want to try one of the PDA holsters made by Ripoffs. Bigger than a pager holster and made with the same clip. I have carried a CO-7 for years, and you are right the belt clips do not come off easily.

The web site is,

http://www.ripoffs.com/

I too use a RIP-OFF pager case. The plastic clip on my fire pager broke and found the nylon RIP-OFF pager case as alternative to having it fixed. However, I have "lost" this pager several times since then, including one time when it flew to the trauma center with a patient I had been treating. It slipped off onto the backboard straps unnoticed. I find I must compress the metal clip once or twice a week to ensure it stays in place. Pete
