I order one three weeks ago and still have not received it and I have not received any responses to my email inquires. Has anyone else had problems or no anything about these people

I am waiting on one too. Here is the reply I received:

Your order will be shipped just as soon as Keith has stock. We ran out of several items due to better-than-expected response to the website.

and a follow-up email was received stating the following:

Keith has a run of aluminum on the way to the anodizer and is working brass right now. I wish I could have notified everyone earlier about the delay, but our process is not quite as refined as it needs to be. We will be using the next couple of weeks to figure out a better process. The website requires fast action that our combined efforts just cannot seem to handle.

So I guess we will just have to be patient while they work out their problems
