Anybody else have a problem with their FAK or BOB being filled with everything but the kitchen sink?

I know I should 5S everything but I don't know if I could survive without my marline spike or 5 pairs of latex gloves. lol

if you take a daypack as BOB, you won't be able to fill everything to many times. Also carry you BOB for a few miles a few times, you will be getting the unneccary things out pretty quickly...

I have exactly the same problem. It usually ends up in me buying a larger pack...... <img src="/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
