Of course I know that most of you all do this, but when you've purchased something,
survival equipment or not: CHECK THAT IT'S COMPLETE!

Why? Well I purchased a BCB Combat Survival Kit last week (just for the tin, actually) and when I opened it,
I found that the button compass was missing!

All right, it wasn't the most important piece of the kit, but if someone buys a kit and never opens it untill needed,
I think he will look very surprised indeed....

Just a reminder,

JIM

This kind of thing happens all the time with all kind of items, including childrens puzzles. You should always check the contents of anything you buy.

Survival related or not. <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Contact B.C.B's customer service dept. Complain. If they give you the run around or any nonsense about "contents may vary", mention the Trade Descriptions Act. With particular respect to the contents being fit for the purpose.
