I had an insect bite so I used some After-Bite, it is ammonia. It neutralizes the insect poison. It stopped itching after I put some on. When I go camping I am mostly handing out anti-histamine, Band-Aids and Burn-Jel for my boys.

The last time I used my FAK came about as a result of lending my leatherman squirt P4 to someone who "needed a knife or scissors". The person accomplished the task for which the knife was requested -- but in doing so managed to get a cut on the middle finger. I then proceeded to provide some antibiotic ointment and a large band-aid from my FAK.
The moral of the story is "no good deed goes unpunished". Afterward I had to thoroughly clean off the blood from the blade of my squirt P-4.
1” fabric plasters (Band-Aids), Ibuprofen, Digital thermometer w/sterile sleeves, Meclizine (Antivert, Bonine) in about that order. I consider my first aid kit (FAK) as more of a medical kit.
