Hi , I am new to this forum , got here out of concern about what is going on in our world .
Read some of the posts on long term storage of water and wanted to ask about the Big Berkey .
Over at Fugral's I noticed it sells for around 399.00 , and then there are the accessories . Could someone tell me what would be the needed accessories for a long term emergency , such as weather or unrest in the country ?
We have a 1200 gallon cistern which is our single source for water , I realize with conservative use this would hold for a while , but want a Berkey or similar device in case hard times would extend beyond this . Thank you all for your time , Kenneth
