SAK is just fine.

Documents in front pockets are not the greatest idea. Carry them in hidden pockets on your body, where every you go. Somebody sliced open of of my dad pockets and stole a few things and somebody stoled my mothers purse in a hospital and they certainly don't look like toerists.

Carry you money on to seperate places. (or more). One easy to brag waller for what you will use during the day and the rest well hidden on your body.
