Sorry for the long absence, this new job coupled with getting ny national firefighter certification has left me with little or no time for anything other than eating and sleeping, and a moderate amount time for my family.
I'm back to paying attention to these forums and some of the admin tasks.
As an aside, we're looking at the hurricane season with an eye toward river flooding, the number one risk in Bucks County. With two major floods back to back (September 2004 and April 2005), there's still a massive amount of damage along the river and more importantly, the risk from another flood grows progessively larger as development upriver from us increases the amount of water flowing into the upper Delaware River. So that's what's been on my mind. We also had a fairly hot wildfire season this year, and that's also been on my mind.
Anyway, hello again, and I look forward to "seeing" everyone here, one of my favorite places on the net.
