I'll post a more detailed message later. It was a ZoneAlarm oddity.

If you get an error message when you try something, copy & paste or type into Notepad the EXACT text of the error message, word for word. Then Google it. When I googled my error message, I was directed toward a ZoneAlarm support forum. The forum said to delete a certain file. I did a search, found the file, removed it, and all was well with the world.

I then officially registered at the forum.
