AyersTG Veteran Registered: 12/10/01 Posts: 1272 Loc: Upper Mississippi River Valley...	Makes sense - NVGs are very sensitive at the red end of the spectrum - which is why the built-in invisible illuminator is an IR LED. Thanks; I hadn't thought of that.
