And I thought I lived in a harsh, PC, paranoic state! Even here, I have no concerns about publicly using an EDC knife which is normally includes some kind of full sized (91 mm) SAK. I have never seen anyone look askance on it. I've also seen a number of other lawyers (including women) with or using them, e.g., using scissors to trim a photo in deposition. I especially like the Victorinox can opener. In addition to the obvious use, it makes an excellent staple remover, and a good opener for packages. A while back, my secretary lent me her Swisschamp, when I didn't have a necessary tool. Naturally I observe the legal proprieties re carrying any sharp in a Govt. bldg. (i.e., it's prohibited).

By the way, I do agree on the usefullness of scissors. I use & like the scissors on the SAK & Wave. It is the main omission from the Supertool. I haven't tried a Micra yet

John
