Are you using some sort of break away safety on the paracord lanyard? Even under a shirt there is the possibility that it wlil not stay under your shirt and could snag on something in a quick exit situation.

I've seen a lot of cool neck rigs. I can't stand to have much around my neck, especially in hot, humid weather. I'm very hot natured though.
