Someone was stealing gas out of my truck, so I bought a locking gas cap. Then they cut the hose to the tank to get it. So I got an old 3 gal gas can out of the shed, filled it with water, added a bit of gas for scent, then added a pint of sugar & mixed well. I left it standing beside the car on the offside where the gas tank access is (facing away from the house). Two days later, it disappeared. <img src="/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />
