For my purposes I don't need the ability for therapy with this device. I just would like a compact ECG to supplement an AED for extended field operations where more that 2-3lead capabilities would be nice. Although not a repalcment for a good EMS monitor, it would be much easier to carry up a mountain. A full featured monitor would ideally be in base camp, vehicle, etc. This is how we operate now, AED in the field and full monitor/defib in response vehicle.
