I don?t know about that. I love the mint cake <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />; of course this is coming from someone who has to have a layer of ?white death? (sugar) sitting on the bottom of a glass of iced tea <img src="/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> or loves to suck on rock candy. I am so bad that friends of mine, who are Persian, make for me a ?candy? (it is really for using with strong Persian Tea), which is basically sugar, rose water and saffron, which is melted together and recrystallized <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />.
