At the risk of sounding clever: Try the following. 1) Duct tape a small pouch to the scabbard. Put all your nessasarys in a resealable plastic bag in pouch. 2) Speaking from personal experiance, Mora knives are fairly secure in their scabbards. If you want belt and braces security take a 30cm or so lenth of paracord & a snowlock, reef knot the cord to the scabbards belt loop. Take both ends and pass them through the snow lock. Tie a stop knot in the ends. Put the loop this forms over the handle and draw the snowlock closed. Very secure, but can be opened one handed. Knife should be slung cross body on a cord long enough to place it comfortably at you side.
