Not to get off-topic or cause thread creep, but I thought I'd give you a couple thoughts.

I find that exercise, particularly that which tones specific muscle groups helps greatly in reducing stress. Hand-to-hand fighting training, especially some of the martial arts are critical to helping relieve the buildup. And all this is especially rewarding when you get to that stress point where you find that the only thing that will really get your head straight is kicking the living stuffing outa someone. <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
