Not to get off-topic or cause thread creep, but I thought I'd give you a couple thoughts.

I find that exercise, particularly that which tones specific muscle groups helps greatly in reducing stress. Hand-to-hand fighting training, especially some of the martial arts are critical to helping relieve the buildup. And all this is especially rewarding when you get to that stress point where you find that the only thing that will really get your head straight is kicking the living stuffing outa someone. <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I know. I'm finishing up my degree. LIving in the dorms... not so much of a chance to do this, no space for drills. Particularly when I can't have my sword here. :P

Even if I had a sparing partner, it's mud season here- everything that isn't concrete is swamp. Not so much the good for sparing.
