If the kit is ment for dutch terrain only, than it's serious over kill. Although the general concensus in a survival situation is to wait for help, this is less importent in holland because of a simple reason; what wilderness? The goverment even calls it garderning on a larger scale. There are pretty much roads and sign everywhere, so your very like to find one of them and than it is unlikely to get lost again if you follow them.

I'm not saying being equipped is bad! But being realistic helps.
