Just a thought. Maybe lower cost ads would generate some more interest in the Marketplace? I am certainly not an authority, but has that been considered. I would tend to trust the folks here at ETS more than on some other forums. Again, just a thought.

I really dont know, maybe $10?? I really am not a vender, just an ETS fan. If you can get 10 people to post ads at a lower price, versus 2 at a higher price--everyone still wins. Again, just a thought, as I would like to see the Marketplace take off.

Maybe you can have:

1. an introductory price, followed by regular price.
2. Long term discounts, i.e. 3 month for the price of 2

Also somehow increasing exposure to the ads would be an enticing offer to vendors.

Another idea is to "sponsor a forum", whereby a vendor's logo/banner is displayed next to the forum description for a set time period.

Just some thoughs...
