A pricey, yet well-organized bag is the Jump Kit M01 http://www.nocora.com/MO1.html from Nocora. Works pretty well and stays organized. Just don't pack in too much extra stuff like I do. I carry it around in my vehicle for emergencies, but will probably start leaving that at home.

Will soon be getting an Iron Duck "Breathsaver" EMS bag from work (corporate Emergency Response Team is giving additional gear to those of us with additional external certifications) with O2 + AED so will likely carry that around in the Jeep instead of my personal gear.
