Sounds like a drilling.

The Luftwaffe carried them in WWII. They are wonderful firearms and worth $$$ today.

Ohhhh. Me want.

IMHO, the perfect combination would be:

1) 22LR
2) 30-06
3) Shotgun, #16 or #12, with flares to match.

That should be able to handle just about ANY food-gathering mission that I could imagine.

To me, the perfect drilling would be a pair of 20 gauge barrels and a 7X57R rifle barrel with a quick detachable scope.

I agree, though, that your 4 barrel combo would be great for 99% of the world. For world wide use and pick up the last 1%, a pair of 12 gauge barrels over a .375 H&H Rimmed and a .22LR would take anything on the planet!!!

Skip the .22 and use an adaptor cartridge to fire 7.62 Tokarev. Cold loads are fine for very little game, about the same power as a .32 ACP, while higher powered loads will probably thump up the the size of very small antelope or coyote.

They better hope they never have to touch down in the USA. That shotgun appears to have a barrel length of less than 16", and as such is classified as a destructive device. Possession of such a weapon is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine....

True. There's probably only 5,000 or so in every decent-sized city.

Actually, short barreled shotguns are considered Any Other Weapon (AOW) and subject to a $5.00 tax. A SBR (Short Barrelled Rifle) is subject to a $200 tax.
A SBD( Short Barrelled Drilling)??? A $205 tax?
