Forgive my lack of experience, but what is a wire edge, and how does one unintentionally put one on a knife with a Sharpmaker? I have a Sharpmaker, will be getting a mini RSK next week (to tide me over till the M2s ship <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />) and I don't like the idea of unintentionally doing anything to it!
