Many thanks for the excellent review. I did order from the U.S. Web Retailer provided on the previous link. The shipping was $9.00 for two. (same for one, mainly reason I got two.) http://www.bcbsurvivalusa.com/index.html $23 and change is a little pricey but I took a chance. If I have a problem with these folks I'll post.
