Yes, I included a gear list at the end of the book as it always seems to be of interest.
As always I try to keep weight down but don't compromise safety. Water and food is usually always the variable.
The High Sierra sector was the 'heaviest' as I was going into unfamiliar territory and carrying additional weight with ice axe (needed) and crampons. (not really needed)
There was also a load of extra food to cover the possibility of slow or halted progress due to snowfalls, which can be a bit unpredictable.
In retrospect, there's not much I would drop from the list - maybe an item of clothing and the crampons.
