They did come with shoulder straps (I asked for them) but all of the straps had the top attachment missing. The straps were in otherwise nice shape. Mine was shipped UPS, he gave me the tracking # when I asked for it. All the stuff I got needed a washing. I guess you should wait and see what you get. If you wind up needing the lower attachment , PM me. Dave
