EZ made the post today, that, yes, he will send out packages COD. I don't know how it gets any safer or easier than that.

Follow up. Earlier this week I received 2 medium ALICE packs, 2 poncho liners and 2 ammo pouches, items I had asked for. Due to a mixup during packing/shipping, I also received some items I didn't ask for. UPS shipping was $26 and change. I used Paypal and unused money for shipping was refunded. Anyone wanting ALICE pack frame, pistol belt or waterproof bags, PM me. I have 2 of each item.

quick question: I'm waiting for a medium ALICE pack to arrive here, did the ones he send to you have the shoulder straps? I just want to know if I should get to a surplus store and get me a pair if they are not included.

They did come with shoulder straps (I asked for them) but all of the straps had the top attachment missing. The straps were in otherwise nice shape. Mine was shipped UPS, he gave me the tracking # when I asked for it. All the stuff I got needed a washing. I guess you should wait and see what you get. If you wind up needing the lower attachment , PM me.

I've got the bag and it appears that it has both upper and lower attachment straps, now the question is can I figure out how to attach them!

also for EZ (engerzyzippo), stand up guy and a nice forum. worth a trip over, although the thrust is a little different than this one.
