I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone here for their support, both morale and financial, in this trademark fight. This is likely to be a long war and to quote some good advice from one ETS supporter, I've brought the battle to the appropriate battlefield -- the federal courthouse -- and emails to Mayday or the McKiernans, no matter how well-intentioned, won't help our cause (though continued donations to ETS Foundation certainly will!). So, time to chill while I practice my calming mantra. <br><br>I'm off on a road trip for a week, will be too busy and too tired to worry about this,which is probably a good thing.
