I just googled the characters, & Natalie Schaefer was simply listed in both places as "Mrs. Lovey Howell". Maybe it wasn't just a nickname. Or, maybe it was like the Bible, where many of the women didn't have names, like Lot's wife. She was just.... Lot's wife. Still attached at the rib, I guess.

I suspect if it were me stuck on that island with three other guys and only two available females, there'd probably be some accidents and the male to female ratio would move quickly into my favor.
