I made a captain. I hate the fact it involves more paperwork but at least it will give me a chance to implement new changes I wanted to take effect for a while. I'm more of the street, hands on guy but if it means that we will move ahead and be better, I will sit behind the desk every now and than.

Yeah well... Goodies seems to be a problem lately... I try to focus more on skills and stamina since goodies factor can backfire anytime.

Nah it was more of the performance and experience I brought in from working as a medic at the airport, getting EMS instructor licence and doing few high profile jobs. Plus the college degree was also helpful.
