I was looking at some old threads that mentioned Bill Van's cheat sheet, but unfortunately I can't find a working link. AyersTG also mentioned that he made one. This sounds like a great thing to keep in my wallet(right now I have the instructions for Doug's AMK PSK), and eventually maybe my PSK once I get around to making it. Yes, I'm ashamed to say that I don't yet have a PSK, although I do EDC many essential items and keep lots of gear in my backpacks and car.

If anyone has Bill's or anyone elses 'cheat sheets' in electronic form, please post a link or I can give you my email address to send it to.

I'd like to second that request and add that maybe Mr. DR could write up an ETS version in PDF and RTF form with pictures, etc. that is freely shareable/usable without concern for copyright. I'm sure that proper credit could be given and a liability waiver written that would make it safe to publish. Both a PSK and FAK version might not be bad to have! Probably wishful thinking, but this site has turned me on to a whole world I had barely scratched and this would just be icing on the cake.

Have you seen Doug's PSP survival instructions? They were made specifically for his kit but is applicable to any kit or situation and very well done.

I still want to see Bill Van's and anyone elses survival cards, I'm interested in what approach others have taken.
