I can't figure out why Matt doesn't drop the bitterness over Aeromedix, after all, according to Doug, they refunded his money and tried to accommodate him even though it apparently was the post office's fault [going on what I have read in this board]. The only thing I can figure is that he is trying to wrangle a freebie or two out of Doug. For me, if I have a bad experience with a company, but they take care of it to my satisfaction, or as much as they can do, I drop it and will even deal with them again. Doesn't everyone deserve a second chance? Just my two cents worth. And I don't work for Aeromedix, but I have purchased an RSK from them several months back.
