As Brent pointed out in a previous thread, the Post Office lost your package over the holiday rush, not Aeromedix, and Aeromedix refunded your money as requested once it was determined that the package was lost. I cannot comment on whatever interactions you had with whomever you dealt with over the phone, I wasn't there, but yours is one of only a small handful of complaints I've heard about dealing with them and I receive compliments on a regular basis from customers who have bought knives and lights and PSPs from them regarding their excellent customer service. <shrug> However, we have all had unfortunate experiences with companies that most others have had great experiences with, so I respect your choice for whatever your reasons. Please do note, however, that if it weren't for Brent there would be NO knives or lights for ANYONE.
