Do you know if scalpel from Pocket Survival Pak can be taken in hand luggage or it should be left in main luggage? If not, what size/type razors can be taken in hand luggage?

I'm not sure where you're located (U.S. or elsewhere), but here's a link to the TSA and its prohibited items list:

They made a recent change in December of 2005 to allow some items that were previously forbidden.
