I have seen the StatPacks but was put off by the pricing & lack of modularity. True, they sell separate modules for airway, IV, etc but I'm talking about modularity of the pack interior/exterior itself. I am working on getting an Eagle Industries A-III med pack w/ PALS exterior. Click here and here for some pics & discussion of the Eagle med pack.

One note, many of the military-style med packs are available in either Khaki or Coyote Brown, which decreases the stereotypical military look to a large extent.
