Titanium?? Is that a French word for "Pot Metal"?? Nobody sells a Titanium body flashlight for $5. It's Pot Metal. There IS NO FREE LUNCH. You get what you pay for. It may be a decent light for $5, but I wouldn't trust my survival to a $5 flashlight.
