I have and have used both in Search and Rescue operations and out in the middle of an Interstate highway during a rescue in the middle of the night.

#1 Krill lights are very dim as compared to Cyalume or the Glo-Toob; I don't like them or recommend them for what I need. They are also way over priced.

Glo-Toob's are brighter, But I don't like the switch for on/off operations or changing flash patterns.

Of the two I use Glo-Toob more Due to Size, Brightness, Flash Patterns and Colors available.
