Bee , have you subjected them to heat/cold to see how they hold up? I think also you should use a fine perm. marker on the edge with item name and expire date ,and good job thinking out the box

Designed to be frozen, and I think to be microwaved, so I would think it is good to go.

Thanks, Bee, I've been eyeing that stuff for a while. Glad you tested it.

Grabbed a box tonight, and saw they also have a "freezer version" so grabbed one of those too. Haven't tried either one yet, but apparent differences: freezer version's box says "40% thicker" than Press 'n Seal standard wrap, and unlike the standard wrap, has a slight bluish tint, though still see-through.

Wonder if that would work for PJ/cottonballs too?

Yup, I saw the freezer version tonight also. It seems more resistant, but slightly heavier I presume. Pretty nice... :-)

On a side note, I really developped an addiction to Press N' Seal... Yesterday evening, after dinner, all the meat leftovers, mushrooms, etc got zipped N' sealed. Hehe!

I get samples of our current meds from our doctor. They are normally individually sealed foil packets or in a small bottle. I rotate them as the expiration date gets low. I called yesterday and got a couple of packs.

Under normal circumstances, you can prove your use of the meds with your prescription from the pharmacy. In the situation where TSHTF, no one is going to be worried about it.

BTW - my doctor is a Scout, his father is an Eagle Scout on our District Executive Committee. The doctor's son is a Tiger Cub this year. I need to check and see if my pharmacist is a Scout - probably...
