Do you know this: http://www.fema.gov/areyouready/ I've read it and think it's great for a brochure issued by a government (when I compare it to German brochures :-( ) Direct PDF download (21MB).

I have that book right here. It is a great souce of information I even used it as a refrence in a power point presintation for school. There is no ISBN number on the book sorry.
