Thought some people might be amused that I generally carry at least 10 Knives...
[*]On my person I always carry a Griptillian and Leatherman Wave. There's also a SAK which has lived in my winter jacket for a long time.
[*]In my shoulder bag I have my trusty old Buck 112 which was given to me by my father when I was a Boy Scout and I carry for sentimental reasons.
[*]In my knife kit I carry (at least) my 9 inch Chef's Knife, serrated slicer, boning knife, tournet knife, Usuba (often a Deba too), and Oyster knife (not that that should really count).
I've read many stories around here about people getting in trouble for having knives in the workplace, but working in a kitchen, everyone has a good knife handy at all times, and not once has anyone on the staff, or a member of the public expressed any concern about it. <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
