I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but the first time I saw one of those I laughed my backside off thinking about what kind of actual use the knife portion of that thing will actually get. Perhaps it would be something like getting the grit out from underneath a fingernail or something. My reasoning being that if I have to do any real work with the knife that could potentially damage the drive I'm going to remove the drive, and at that point it was a nice nifty (albeit stylish) gimmick for storing it for a while, but a whole lot of wasted space where better tools could have been now.
Granted the other tools are a nail file, and ball point pen so it's definitely geared toward a certain crowd, but not of much use for me.
I'd just get a seperate Flash drive and a nice Victorinox knife and probably save some money to boot.
