Just a quick question. What happened to the longer term survival forum??? I am not a survivalist, but I do still think there is good information that can be very useful to many here. Chris? Doug?

I think it is a long term plan, waiting on new hardware and (maybe) software.

IIRC, ChrisDoug said it was OK to discuss as long as we don't shave our heads, tatoo swastikas on 'em, etc. Having written that... IMHO it would be simpler and more conducive to discussion to have a third forum dedicated to that topic.

We are awaiting some major hardware changes, latest promise being conpleted no later than Jan 1, (fingers crossed mode) at which time I'll be in a positon to get accept some assitance with the forum software and do some planned upgrades, inlcuding adding the Long term Survival Section. For security reasons not related to ETS, can't do that now.
