NAro,

Yes I noticed the pin. The security hex bit I am considering to use as my starting materal has a hole in the center. I think I can grind the hex bit into an isolease triangle shape around the hole, grind fullers in the resulting 3 faces, and radius the triangle points to fit the fastener. I KNOW I cannot grind a pentagon shape or drill a center hole. But the "A" shape with center hole may be something I can do. I am looking locally for the security hex bits now, but may have to order them.

I also considered taking a wax impression of the fastener and casting a bit. I just could not figure out a cast metal (that I could work) that would be able to take the torque. My lost wax casting skills go back to high school so I decided against this approach. :)
