You say "anybody" so I answer "yes". There's bound to be SOME ONE out their who is an exceptional outdoors savvy person and exceptional trapper / small game hunter who could eek out for a year. It wouldn't be me. I'd starve to death, my ability to forage for food and game is about zero.
