I know the size of a ten round tube for paintballs, that's easy to figure out. But how big are the 140 round refill tubes? And are these guys waterproof?

I'm thinking that since I keep seeing them and carriers on eBay, maybe they might make a decent packing system for a kit a bit bigger than a psk, but still easily worn.
